Cancellation 60 days or prior to the date of arrival applies a penalty of US$ 150.00 for administration charges.
Cancellation 60 days to 1 day prior to the date of arrival applies a penalty of 75% of the total reservation amount.
Cancellation for the dates from December 15 to January 10, Easter, Thanksgiving, Presidents Day and other national holidays will not include refunds and 100% must be paid at least 45 days prior to arrival.
